Delivery.

***FREE next day delivery to all UK mainland addresses ***

We can deliver Littlelamb nappies almost worldwide although sometimes it’s cost prohibitive or regional laws prohibit imports. St Helena and the Gaza Strip spring to mind.

UK Mainland deliveries.

Trial packs and smaller deliveies are sent using the 1st class post.

Littlelamb Nappy kits and larger purchases are despatched via Interlink Couriers, and a signature is required on delivery so parcels cannot be left in sheds, porches etc.  

Most orders received by midday Monday to Thursday will be received on the following working day if you live on the UK mainland, orders received by midday Friday are delivered on the following Monday. Orders received over the weekend are despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

UK Highlands and Islands.

Delivery to the Highlands and UK Islands takes 2 working days.

EU deliveries.

Trial packs and smaller deliveies are sent Airmail.

EU larger deliveries are shipped in various ways depending on the destination country. Mainland EU will take between 2-6 days, off-shore islands a few days longer.
  
If your trial pack or small item has not turned up within 3 days, please check with your local sorting office in the first instance.

All UK mainland orders received Monday to Friday by 2pm are sent the same day for next working day delivery.

NZ and Australia.

Deliveries to NZ and Australia are from our NZ warehouse on the Coromandel. 

Smaller NZ deliveries are sent using the Post Shop's 1-3 day service. Larger deliveries and kits are sent using the Post Shop's tracked 1-3 day service.

Smaller Australian deliveries are sent using the Post Shop's Airmail service and is quoted between 3-7 days.
Larger deliveries and kits are sent using the Post Shop's International Economy service which is quoted at 10-25 working days. The Post Shop say this is a guideline not a guarantee.

Excluding the busy Christmas period kits usually take between 16 and 31 days to arrive. International Economy is also an airmail service as there is no surface mail between the two countries so generally the goods are in Australia within a couple of days. The hold-up is in the Australian Customs halls.

Australian Customs law allows A$1000 worth of goods to be imported for personal use without GST or import duty being charged on delivery. All deliveries have the correct paperwork and receipt attached to the outside of the box but the Customs officials may still open and inspect the contents. 

Top tip - Australian orders complete with customers phone number seem to pass Customs quicker.
 

Deliveries to countries not within the EU, NZ or Australia involve customs paperwork and clearance (usually £18) and you may be charged local taxes and import duties on delivery. Check with your local tax office before ordering.
