PAYMENT

Website card payments are taken in GB£, €, NZ$, Au$, Dkk, Nok and Sek. 

We also accept US$ via email requests.

Payments by GBP cheque should be sent to the UK address below. Email us with your product choice and we shall contact you with the total amount including delivery. Please include a phone number in case of query. Delivery of goods paid for by cheque may take up to 28 days,
 

FAULTY GOODS.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If however, they are faulty, please email us explaining the problem. We will then arrange for you to return them via the Post Office and will offer you replacements or a refund.

We guarentee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of six months from date of purchase so please keep your receipt.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
 

UNWANTED GOODS

If your goods are not faulty but you do not wish to keep them, we will offer you a full refund providing they are returned to us unused and unwashed and still the condition you received them in within four months of purchase. We understand that buying a kit of real nappies can be quite an investment, so we recommend you purchase a trial kit to see if you like them first.
